Two-piece flange ball valve Description
Two-piece flange ball valve is a valve composed of a main valve body and an auxiliary valve body connected by flanges. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to achieve medium opening and closing control. It is suitable for industrial pipeline systems to control the flow of liquids, gases and steam. It has a compact structure, strong sealing, convenient installation and maintenance flexibility, and is widely used in medium and low pressure conditions.
Sealing performance: The ball and the valve seat are matched with high precision to achieve zero leakage (ANSI standard sealing level). Convenient operation: Manual operation is opened and closed by rotating the handle 90 degree , and it can also be equipped with pneumatic/electric actuators for automatic control. Corrosion resistance: The valve body material can be selected from 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel or alloy steel, and is suitable for a variety of media (such as water, oil, acid and alkaline fluids). Low flow resistance: The full-diameter structure reduces fluid pressure loss and reduces system energy consumption.
