Stainless steel trunnion ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, suitable for various corrosive and non-corrosive media. Compared to the floating ball valve, when it is operating, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is entirely transmitted to the bearing, preventing the ball from moving toward the valve seat and thus avoiding excessive pressure on the seat. Consequently, the fixed ball valve has lower torque, minimal seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and a long service life. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-caliber applications. The advanced spring pre-seat assembly features self-tightening characteristics for upstream sealing. Each valve includes two valve seats that can seal in both directions, allowing for bidirectional flow without restrictions during installation. This valve is generally installed horizontally.
